Workshop intended for manufacturers and importers of nutritional supplements and food for pharmacies
with a focus on the legislation of nutritional supplements and food with an overview of Slovak and European legislation
The second edition took place on 16.10.2019 at the MED-ART congress centre in Nitra.
Four partners – the Czech Association for Special Foods (ČASP) and the companies MED-ART, Alfa Medical Team and PharmINFO.
ČASP is an interest association of legal entities that was established in 2000. The association represents the common interests of its members – producers and distributors of nutritional supplements – both at the national and international level. Its main goal is to actively participate in the creation of an appropriate and balanced legislative framework for health-supporting products. At the same time, all members of the association undertake to comply with the code of ethics for sales and marketing. ČASP is also a founding member of the European Association of Dietary Supplement Manufacturers FSE (Food Supplements Europe) based in Brussels and also a member of the world association of dietary supplement manufacturers IADSA (International Alliance of Dietary Food Supplement Associations) and an associate member of the Food Chamber of the Czech Republic. It currently has 21 members.
